I had an absolutely magical experience at the Ungasan Clifftop Resort! The breathtaking views and luxurious accommodations made my stay unforgettable. The staff, particularly my butlers, were incredibly attentive, making me feel like royalty. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues in the spa area that were disappointing given the resort's high standards. Overall, a fantastic getaway with some room for improvement.
